Key Responsibilities:Supervise production operations to achieve optimal output and efficiencyDevelop and implement training programs for production team membersAssist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hiresEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsOrganize and prioritize tasks to meet production goalsEvaluate production processes to identify areas for improvementMaintain effective communication with employees and senior executivesManage the flow of raw materials and resourcesUtilize manufacturing tools and equipment effectivelyApply data analysis software to inform production decisionsDevelop and maintain production processes and proceduresPrepare accurate and legible reportsWe are looking for a candidate with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
