·Receive direct instructions from EVP-COO, VP-Operations, and Plant Manager; give clear feedback; and communicate/coordinate with Production Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors and Process Engineers ·To manage the overall daily activities under his job assignment in order to make sure that the operation is safe and sound for the workers, promoting a healthy environment and to meet the target efficiency of the production Provide suggestion and recommendation for improvement of the departments Response and deal-with on all concerns under all departments Responsible in making sure all information and data are correct Delegate tasks and ensure employees within the department are performing efficiently Train and provide orientation for new staff within the department as required Ensure the lead-time of the production is provided in timely manner Ensure that the Quality System and Food Safety Standards are met Manage resources for the department Ensure safety and effectiveness of machineries, facilities and equipment by providing information's and recommendation about its functionality and operation to the Engineering department Work on departmental objectives, goals, strategies and measures Monitor standard operating procedures if they are being followed by production personnel Initiate, evaluate and implement productivity initiatives Supervise all regulations on safety, take on all required safety equipment, and give encouragement to staff on practicing safe working regulations. Review and approve production related documents such as work instructions, memorandum, standard operating procedures, job schedules, etc Have the disposition to stop current run when product quality is not achievable Conduct 5S to his assigned work area before and after his shift. Maintain, implement, sustenance of FSSC standard current version. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
