Production Manager for Paco – Work Schedule (M-Sat 9 AM-5 PM)

Responsibilities: Ensure efficiency and accuracy in the Production ProcessEffectively manage a team of machine operators tasked to run multiple machines for CTP platemaking and Business Forms printingDevelop methodologies to increase productivity and minimize downtime without compromising safety and qualityAbility to schedule preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal running conditionCoordinate with third-party engineers for repair and replacement of machine partsCoordinate with the Procurement team for machine consumables and cleaning suppliesCollaborate with the Technical Department for Product Development and New InitiativesCompile data, prepare and analyze reports Qualifications: MaleBachelor's/College Degree in EngineeringComputer literateMust be organized and hardworkingRequired Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)At least 5 years of work experience in the paper and printing industrySAP Business One experience is a plus
Salary Offer: 50,000 negotiable
