Production Manager

The production manager is accountable for the supervision of the garment factory's manufacturing process, which is expected to be conducted in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. This role involves managing the workforce, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that the quality of the products meets the company's standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree related to garments or have a certificate in TESDA that is related to apparel field.At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Production Manager in the garments or textile industry.Strong knowledge of production management principles and garment manufacturing processes.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in production planning software and tools.Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations in the garment industry.Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Ability to work extended hours when necessary, including weekends and holidays.
