Production Manager

The production manager is accountable for the supervision of the garment factory's manufacturing process, which is expected to be conducted in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. This role involves managing the workforce, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that the quality of the products meets the company's standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree related to garments or have a certificate in TESDA that is related to apparel field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Production Manager in the garments or textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and garment manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations in the garment industry.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary, including weekends and holidays.
