Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the workflow and resource allocation within our creative team. This role is pivotal in managing the traffic of projects, ensuring that tasks are effectively delegated to the right designers, and maintaining communication with clients to guarantee high-quality and timely deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative processes, quality standards, and operational speed, with prior experience in a creative agency setting being a plus.
Tasks Workflow Management: Oversee and direct the workflow of all designers, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective time management. Coordinate and delegate tasks according to designers' strengths and areas of expertise. Monitor project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met without compromising quality. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and clients, ensuring client needs are translated effectively into actionable tasks. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any changes or issues that arise. Quality Control: Maintain high standards for all creative deliverables, ensuring consistency in quality, brand alignment, and adherence to project objectives. Review and approve final outputs before delivery to the client. Traffic and Resource Management: Manage traffic within the team to ensure that the workload is balanced and resources are allocated efficiently. Forecast resource needs based on project load and timelines and adjust scheduling to maintain workflow. Creative Platform Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of the Creative Platform Oversight, managing day-to-day activities and solving any logistical issues that may impact productivity. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth handovers of projects or assets needed for successful execution. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance, feedback, and support to designers to foster skill development and creativity. Work closely with the team to encourage a collaborative environment and support the professional growth of team members. Requirements Qualifications • Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within a creative agency.
• Deep understanding of creative workflows, design quality standards, and project traffic management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
