Key Responsibilities
Production Planning and Coordination:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resources.

Quality Control:

Cost Management:

Equipment Maintenance:

Compliance and Safety:

Reporting and Documentation:

Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, production management, or a related field is typically required.
Advanced degrees (like an MBA) may be preferred for higher-level positions.
Experience:
Several years of experience in production management or a related role within the FMCG sector.
