Production Leader

Manage Production: Oversee daily operations of injection molding machines. Ensure molds are set up correctly and production targets are met. Monitor production to meet quantity and quality goals.Team Supervision: Lead and train a team of machine operators and mold setters. Assign tasks and make sure team follows safety and quality procedures. Provide feedback and support to team members to improve performance.Production Scheduling: Organize production schedules and make sure work is completed on time. Work with other departments (like engineering and supply chain) to ensure materials are available and machines are ready.Safety and Compliance: Ensure workers follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all safety regulations.Reporting: Track production data (e.g., machine performance, downtime, quality) and report to upper management.
