Production Leader (Female)

Qualifications & Experience:
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field or At least High School Diploma or equivalent
• With experience in plastic injection molding (machine operation, mold setup, troubleshooting) and in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to manage a team and communicate clearly.
• Ability to solve problems and improve production processes.
• Understanding of mold design and materials used in injection molding (plastics, resins).
• Familiar with CAD software and machine monitoring systems.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Manage Production: Oversee daily operations of injection molding machines.
Ensure molds are set up correctly and production targets are met.
Monitor production to meet quantity and quality goals.
• Team Supervision: Lead and train a team of machine operators and mold setters.
Assign tasks and make sure team follows safety and quality procedures.
Provide feedback and support to team members to improve performance.
• Production Scheduling: Organize production schedules and make sure work is completed on time.
Work with other departments (like engineering and supply chain) to ensure materials are available and machines are ready.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure workers follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all safety regulations.
• Reporting: Track production data (e.g., machine performance, downtime, quality) and report to upper management.
