Production In-Charge

Supervise daily activities involved in the manufacturing of products. This includes providing
leadership in planning, coordinating and supervising tasks in different functions to ensure
efficiency in daily operations. Leadership, organizational, planning and communication skills are
required for this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goodsSupport and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processesMonitor the quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, and operational
processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards
? Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machinery to ensure effective
and efficient operations
? Set schedules or timetables and effectively communicate them to production teams in
order to achieve volume targets and production plans
? Effectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their daily
tasks as well as to increase their efficiency and potential

QUALIFICATION: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalentAt least 2 yrs working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in
Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent
