QUALIFICATION:
? Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
? At least 2 yrs working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods
? Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes
? Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards
? Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operations
? Set schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams in order to achieve volume targets and production plans
? Effectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their daily tasks as well as to increase their efficiency and potential
