JOB DESCRIPTION: Manages day-to-day operations of the PE (Production Engineering) Division/ SectionEnsure that the activities of (Production Engineering) Division are aligned with the company's mission and vision.Develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering division in alignment with overall organizational objectives.Assist immediate head in analyzing existing production engineering processes, recommending improvements, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.Recommends new concepts, projects, and procedures to top management for the improvement of the PE (Production Engineering) Division / Section.Collaborate with various suppliers for significant projects within Division / Section.Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.Provides reports to top management regarding assigned engineering activities.Support top management in data analysis for the results of other support groups KPI.Implement, monitor, and report updates to top management for management-mandated activities related to efficiency improvement and increase productivity.Develop activities for enhancing the skills of PE Personnel, Project development, and control mgmt.Identify potential risks associated with engineering projects and implement strategies to mitigate and manage these risks.JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree of any Engineering course; a license Engineer or Master's degree is a plus.Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP (Project Management Professional), or specific industry-related certifications can be advantageous.Working knowledge on Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485)Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.Possess good technical skills in a manufacturing companyMust possess good organizational, time management skills and leadership skill with the ability to delegate, organize and manage a team effectively.Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company
