Qualifications:

Education:
- Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

General Skills:
- Basic supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Mentally and physically fit

Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing procedures and failure analysis reporting
- Strong ability in problem-solving, FMEA, 7QC tools, 8D, Kaizen, and SPC
- Excellent mental and analytical abilities

Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the plastic industry in a manufacturing setup
