1. Leads and supervises the group to make sure that a product conforms to customer specifications.2. Responsible in motivating the team members in improving group's efficiency.3. Evaluates Leaders/each team member and appraises on their work capability, attitude, attendance, performance and recommend for promotion.4. Coordinates with production manager/supervisor/assistant supervisor/Engineering regarding direct shipping schedule and status of products and machines.5. Ensures that work process and procedures are monitored and properly followed.6. Supports the management in the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.7. Assists in planning and scheduling of product subject for inspection based on manpower and machine capacity.8. Creates/reviews Quality Management System documents, forms, and check sheets.9. Prepares necessary reports (CQI, Mancom, Management Review etc).10. Implements 5S in the working area.11. Work closely with other Section Engineers to identify and resolve potential problem and non conformance.12. Conducts Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action/risk assessment/management for every non conformance encountered in the Incoming End-Process (IEP) area and in other related processes.13.Implements and monitors corrective actions taken and verifies its effectiveness.14. Identifies, monitors, and ensures effective implementation of improvement in the process.15. Attends meeting involving production planning and other related concern.16. Reviews and updates department FMEA or Risk Registry Log/SWOT / Opportunity Action Plan Registry Log17. Monitors the overall training progress of newly hired/endorsed IEP personnel18. Monitors the overall work and overtime schedule.19. Ensure the Quality Objective of the group are properly implemented and attained.20. Participates in customer complain root cause analysis and corrective action report preparation. 21. Performs limited complex task/work in a support role or work under close supervision of higher level engineer or immediate superior.22.
