Is currently looking for:
 

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY SUPERVISOR

 

Qualifications:
Must have at least 1-2 years experience in the manufacturing and production field.

Knowledgeable of the area for logistic management and delivery route plotting.

Can oversee a group of 25 or more employees
- conducting performance appraisals and resolving employee concerns.

Willing to work on a rotating schedule, including graveyard, weekend and holiday shifts.

Can lead a team of workers to meet production requirement and delivery schedule standards in accordance with Company's policies.

Possess the ability to train, direct, motivate,

and impose discipline to the production and delivery crew under him/her.Fast learner and can adapt into a new environment easily.

Keen on ensuring good quality of products by implementing ideas for quality improvement, increased productivity and cost reduction.

Can perform fast and consistent execution of company directions and guidelines.

Possesses good decision making and analytical skills.

Can develop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships.

Passionate about learning and committed to continual improvement.

Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.

Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Managed time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines.
