Production Crew

POSITION SUMMARY:
A crew or production worker helps to improve our warehouse's production line.
You'll perform various tasks. You'll prepare the require materials needed for the production run. You'll also keep the facility clean by removing debris and trash to ensure safety. Note that this position demands stamina and a good physical condition, as you'll have to regularly lift light to heavy loads.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist operator during the production, provide help in preparing required materials needed during the production runFeeding the machines of the right materials during processing to avoid stoppageProperly arrange bagging that comes out from the machineMaintain the cleanliness of the machine and the working areaHelp checking product output of the machine through visual inspection and report off specs outputKeeping records of final products for traceability and reconciliation. QUALIFICATIONS: Male or femaleUnderstanding of production procedures and willingness to be trainedObservance to health and safety regulations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalentExperience working from a cigarette company as crew is an advantageAnalytical skillsAttention to detail WORKING CONDITIONS: Physical stamina and strengthCan render overtime and can work in shifting
