Production Cost Controller

Job Requirements: Any bachelor's degree related to cost or operations management.With experience in field of planning/costing from an electronics manufacturing company.Competent to any ERP system.Competent to MS office, specifically Excel.Cost analytical skillsCan effectively communicate and delivery result of cost analysis.Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking. Job Responsibilities: Ensures action plan are being carried out in relation to corrective and preventive measures committed and reported in WSR, MOR and DPR- submits documents/ reports that maybe required from time to time.Provide Processing Cost Variance projections/ estimates in a monthly/ annual basis.Monitor actual cost incurred in a regular basis (daily, weekly & monthly), compare to projections/ estimates, analyse the gap, coordinate and recommend options for recovery.Control production supplies consumption through assessment of factory supplies requisition prior approval to withdraw.Provide other budget proposal such as Indirect Cost and CAPEX budgets if there is any.Performs other task as assigned limited to process changes that will impact production cost.
