**MAIN FUNCTIONS**

Reads operating logs to identify inoperative assembly determines reasons for machine malfunction, and arranges for machine repair.

Reviews production schedules and work orders, and assigns duties to workers according to order priorities.
4.
Studies quality control reports to identify product defects and directs machine operators to adjust machines to eliminate flaws.
5.
Conducts or directs training of new employees in machine operation.
6.
Confers with management and other supervisors to resolve production problems.
7.
Supervise troubleshooting to maintain quality and maximum product output.
8.
Lead a small/large team of people in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement.
9.
Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement
10.
Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within molding department.
11.
Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
12.
Maintain the production check sheets, forms etc.
and it should be check in a daily basis.
13.
Monitoring the total output per day, including the defects and immediately conduct investigation and develop corrective and preventive action.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
1.
College graduate of any four-year or five-year course
2.
With at least one to two years' work experience or training in the same capacity is required
