Job Description Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling; Making presentations to doctors, practice staff, and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors, and pharmacists in the retail sector. Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day, or may be conducted in the evenings at a local hotel or conference venue; Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff; Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff; Keeping detailed records of all contacts; Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets; Qualifications: A graduate of any course Willing to learn sales in the pharmaceutical field Ideally, candidates will have at least 2-3 years of sales experience Strong customer focus in order to offer the highest level of service. Ability to develop long-term relationships to benefit the business. Ability to communicate effectively, influence others, and build strategic partnerships with customers Ability to gather insights and use them to build customer-oriented plans. Results-oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and possess a pro-active attitude. Well versed in Microsoft Office Personal integrity and honesty. Ability to negotiate, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
