Product Specialist For Pharmaceutical - Ncr

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management & Marketing:
- Oversee the promotion and marketing of dermatological products to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and product uptake in the dermatology sector.
- Create product presentations, educational materials, and promotional content to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted campaigns, product demonstrations, and conferences.

2. HCP Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, and other HCPs.
- Regularly meet with HCPs to provide detailed product information, clinical studies, and updates on dermatological treatments.
- Respond to inquiries from HCPs regarding product usage, benefits, and potential side effects.

3. Sales & Account Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring that Medtrile's dermatology products are stocked and prominently displayed in clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Drive sales performance by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the dermatology market.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support their efforts in promoting dermatology products, providing them with the necessary product training and materials.

4. Training & Education:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and sales teams to enhance their knowledge of dermatology products.
- Organize and participate in educational forums, conferences, and symposia focused on dermatological treatments.

5. Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Gather insights from the field to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of product strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

6. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure that all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines for promoting pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with HCPs, sales activities, and client accounts using CRM tools.

7. Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, using insights to improve product features, packaging, and performance.
- Work closely with the R&D team to propose product enhancements based on market demand and customer preferences.

Required Qualifications:
a. Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Marketing, Business Course or a related field.
b. Experience: 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing, preferably in dermatology or a related therapeutic area.
c. Proven track record of successful product promotion to healthcare professionals.
d. Strong understanding of dermatological products, treatments, and market dynamics.

Skills:
a. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
b. Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and create actionable plans based on insights.
c. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
d. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
e. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
f. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while being highly motivated to achieve goals.
g. Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (80%/ 20%)
h. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools. Comfortable using technology to optimize sales processes.

Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 30,000-35,000 per month (depending on experience and market region, salary discussion is open)
- Per Diem
- Car Plan and Travel reimbursement

- Performance Bonuses: Eligible for annual performance-based bonuses tied to product success and sales growth.
