YOUR ROLE: Responsible for maximizing the company's brand growth through different promotional activities anchoring on product science and being a business enabler through identifying right customers.
Task Product Promotion: Promote product science of company brands to top customers to achieve the planned objectives. Implement value added programs across the territory. Key Activities :
Visiting physicians to promote company's products anchoring on product science. Conducting marketing activities/literatures to HCPs. Providing approved information to HCPs on company's products. Reporting visits, adverse events, medical inquiries, product complaints, insights, and other activities using proper channels.
Customer Relations :
Build relationships with target customers. Ensure that accurate, timely and relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared with colleagues using agreed processes. Segment and target high potential customers. Visiting physicians with focus on target KOL and selected physicians to promote company's products and build strong relationship with them. Providing feedback to manager on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access and competitive activities.
Territory Planning & Management :
Diagnosis of the territory situation e.g., local market drivers and initiatives leading to subsequent design and implementation of territory action plan to achieve business objectives.
