Product Owner

**As a _Product Owner_ your role will be to**:

- report to the Chief Technology Officer
- consult with Operations, Marketing, and Merchant Relations teams to understand their respective requirements
- consolidate and document the platform functions and features that need to be developed
- convey these requirements to various outsource development partners
- participate in sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint closing activities and be the final approver for each of these activities and report back to the CTO.
- plan the platform features release schedule

**Requisite Skills**:

- prior experience in being a product owner
- analytical, organized and can compose technical documentation.
Comparable to business analyst role in extracting processes and requirements then translating them to features and functions.
- experienced in agile development process and flexible to adjust scrum practices for efficiency, clarity, and quality
- project management background
- understand the various roles of members in an agile development team in order to direct concerns and improvements to the right person.
e.g.
Project Manager, Scrum Master, System Architect, QA Engineer, CI/CD Dev Ops, Full Stack Developer
- proficient in using collaboration tools for agile project management.
Any one or more of Slack, Asana, Open Project, MS Project, Monday, Cypress, Figma.
- understands CI/CD principles, process, and practices
