What You'll Be Doing
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive fraud detection strategies by utilizing data analytics to identify patterns indicative of fraudulent behavior Work closely with data science, engineering, operations, legal, and customer service to strengthen fraud detection mechanisms Conduct post-incident analyses to understand the root causes of fraud and improve future improvement strategies Own more than 10 features, dealing with complex business rules, calculations, and system integrations Engage in pioneering new product features, novel solutions, and create new "lego blocks" in software solutions together with the squads Define and monitor key metrics for performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and iterate on product features Ensure high degree of collaboration with stakeholders to achieve business impact At least 5+ years of combined product management experience in a technology-driven company, preferably in the transportation or mobility sector with a proven track record of launching successful products/features, from concept to delivery Background working with tech startups or in hyper-growth and scaling environment Strong pattern-recognition skills Proficiency in data analytics tools and fraud detection software Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and backend systems Knowledge of machine learning algorithms would be advantageous Proficiency in data analysis and ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions Capable of influencing stakeholders, working closely with them along with other members of the tech team to analyze tradeoffs and determine acceptable and best possible solutions Why join Angkas?
