Product Operation Specialist

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Monitor daily operational data of business, including core indicators such as customer activation, conversion and retention based on daily business operation data analysis.
- Responsible for the research and exploration Fintech P2P industry, user analysis and loan products understand up to date with Philippine financial market latest information.
- Support domestic team to enhance their understanding of Philippine local market.
- Operate backend system and coordinate closely with backend development and operational development.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Graduate of any four year course.
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience, preferably in Fintech industry.
- Proficient in Mandarin, both oral and written is a must.
- Detailed oriented.
- Passionate and having good knowledge about technology, innovation, and or digital information.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
