Product Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Develop and operationalize launch plans and manage its cross-functional execution and release coordination activitiesOwn the product roadmap from pre-launch to post-launch by crafting country-specific go-to-market strategies (pricing, promotions/distributions, value proposition, etc.) and tracking its status to ensure these are being carried out efficientlyUnderstand the scope and operational responsibilities of all cross-functional team and onboard each one of their roles in specific launchesMaintain an organized planner/calendar of future product launchesCoordinate with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing collaterals are executedCoordinate with the sales team to equip them with the necessary information and materials that will help them sell the products to new and existing clients effectivelyCoordinate with the support and deployment team in handling customer feedback and requestsSet KPIs for each product launch and take accountability of these success metricsEvaluate product launch and check what processes can be further improved to avoid contingencies Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree in any fieldWith at least 2 years of relevant work experience in product marketing and product/project managementKnowledge in Software Development Life Cycle is a plusExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsCan coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders of the companyOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to multi-taskCan work well independently and in a teamExcellent leadership and project management skills must have a strong accountability
