Job Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate product's performance to be able to design strategies across all sales platforms.- Conduct research to gather relevant data like market reports and competitor information.- Use statistical techniques and software to analyze collected data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.- Monitor and stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.- Evaluate competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies to provide insights for strategic decision-making.- Understand and analyze consumer preferences and decision-making processes.- Effectively communicate the research, program results and insights to various stakeholders, including management, and the marketing team.- Work closely with Sales in teams to support them with strategic sales and marketing programs.- Use data to make predictions about future market trends, demand, and consumer behavior.- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.- Identifies potential revenue-generating opportunities such as creating packages, offering new services or promos, and recommends and monitors its implementation.- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, trends, and recommendations.- Develop and conduct training programs for the team and other departments to ensure a clear understanding of brand guidelines.- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head from time to time.Job Qualifications:- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or any related course.- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Sales Operations or Trade Marketing in an FMCG or related industry.- Advance analytical with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to identify opportunities for sales.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective presentation skills.- Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
