Job Summary: The Product Marketing Officer will play a crucial role in driving the success of our FMCG products (preferably diaper) by developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning and drive product demand. This role involves conducting market research, managing product launches, and working closely with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of the FMCG landscape. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data to identify market opportunities and recommend actions to improve product positioning. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and communicate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the marketplace. Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to ensure consistency in product messaging across all channels. Campaign Development and Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions to drive product awareness and sales. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to meet KPIs. Product Launch Management: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, coordinating with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful rollouts. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver launches on time and within scope. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to develop sales tools and training that support product promotions and help achieve sales targets. Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability aligns with marketing activities and demand forecasts. Customer Engagement and Feedback: Develop initiatives to gather customer feedback and insights, using this information to inform product improvements and marketing strategies. Manage customer satisfaction and brand loyalty programs, ensuring a strong connection with end-users. Reporting and Insights: Track and report on product performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in product marketing within the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and data interpretation. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus. Must be open in working onsite, 6 days/ week in BGC, Taguig Salary Range: Php 60,000-80,000 Powered by JazzHR
