DescriptionMarket Identification: Collaborate with the Sales Head and Sales Managers to identify customer trends, needs, and potential new product opportunities.Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess the marketability and profitability of potential product lines.Supplier Sourcing: Partner with the Strategic Purchasing Manager to identify and evaluate potential suppliers for new product lines.Product Development Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive product development plans, including concept generation, marketing strategies, and cost analyses.RequirementsAt least 15 years in Product and Business Development at reputable construction companies.Knowledge of Philippine and international product standards.Experience in conducting project feasibility studies.Strong understanding of the Philippine steel market and competition.Experience with roofing and framing systems is a plus.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering.Proficient in computer use, especially Excel and worksheet preparation.Working LocationChino Roces Ave, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
