Role Overview As a Product Manager at JoyRide, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of mobility. Working closely with our product management team, you'll contribute to defining and executing our product vision, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and driver-partners. You'll assist in identifying market opportunities, developing product strategy, managing the entire product lifecycle, setting targets, developing roadmaps, and driving growth through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities Assist in defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company mission and objectives.Collaborate with the product management team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Support conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.Contribute to overseeing end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless user experiences.Aid in prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business impact, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success, establish KPIs, and iterate on features for continuous improvement.Assist in ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across mobile and web platforms.Stay updated on regulatory requirements affecting ride-hailing and delivery services, among others, ensuring compliance.Support innovation initiatives and explore new technologies, business models, and partnerships.Qualifications Demonstrated success in product management roles, preferably in transportation, mobility, or technology sectors.Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strategic mindset, data-driven and intuitive decision-making, and proficiency in agile methodology.Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.Certifications in product management or relevant domains are a plus.
