Detailed Duties & Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
The duties et responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:
1. Gathers data to come up with new ideas for new or existing products et features including curating ideas et deciding which ones are worth
working on.
2. Analyzes market et competition data to create products to match et surpass current industry standards
3. Defines the product vision, product road map, et product positioning.
4. Creates, maintains et adjust the product-line level strategy et production schedules
5. Communicates product vision to the sales, technical service group to obtain market share for the product.
6. Creates product requirements for the support et engineering teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features
7. Develop the short, medium et long-term product strategy for each assigned brand. This includes but not limited to market positioning,
target customers, features et benefits et pricing.
8. Balances the needs of the customers et limitations defined by stakeholders.
9. Manages testing to detect et fix issues to make necessary improvements.
10. Gathers customers feedback to further improve the product
11. Coordinates with respective teams regarding product launch
12. Define et execute effective launch plan.
13. Educate et train customer facing departments such as sales representatives, sales coordinators et implementations on assigned product
line solutions. This includes creating product sales tool kits, product data sheets et acting as the subject matter expert.
14. Tracks product performance
15. Oversees product throughout the product life cycle.
