Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for NEW DERMA PRODUCT, including market entry plans, pricing strategies, and positioning.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor products, and market trends within the dermatology segment.
- Collaborate with senior management to set product goals, sales targets, and performance metrics for NEW DERMA PRODUCT in the Philippines.
2. Product Launch & Marketing:
- Lead the launch of NEW DERMA PRODUCT, coordinating with marketing, sales, and distribution teams to ensure a successful market introduction.
- Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and product messaging that resonate with dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and consumers.
- Drive product awareness through digital marketing, conferences, and educational initiatives targeted at healthcare providers.
3. Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of NEW DERMA PRODUCT, from product development and launch to growth and eventual phase-out if necessary.
- Monitor product performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and market share, to ensure the product is meeting objectives.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement or innovation based on customer feedback and market analysis.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with R&D, regulatory affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure product compliance with local regulations and smooth delivery to the market.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and provide training on product features and benefits.
- Coordinate with the medical affairs team to gather and leverage clinical data to support NEW DERMA PRODUCT's efficacy and safety profile.
5. Sales Support & Customer Engagement:
- Support sales teams by providing product knowledge, sales tools, and competitive positioning to maximize sales of NEW DERMA PRODUCT.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, and healthcare professionals to build product credibility and endorsement.
- Organize product training sessions, webinars, and workshops for dermatology professionals to promote NEW DERMA PRODUCT's usage.
6. Financial & Market Analysis:
- Monitor and manage the product's financial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and cost controls.
- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor performance to refine product strategy and address emerging challenges.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance, market share, and business development efforts for senior management.
7. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure that NEW DERMA PRODUCT complies with all regulatory requirements in the Philippines, including labeling, advertising, and distribution standards.
- Collaborate with the regulatory team to manage product registrations, approvals, and other compliance matters.
- Stay informed on changes in dermatology-related regulations and ensure the product is consistently aligned with legal standards.
8. Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, using insights to improve product features, packaging, and performance.
- Work closely with the R&D team to propose product enhancements based on market demand and customer preferences.
Required Qualifications:
a. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
b. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or brand management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
c. Experience in dermatology or skincare products is highly preferred.
d. Proven success in managing product launches and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 50,000-60,000 per month (depending on experience and market region, salary discussion is open)
