We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by serving as a bridge between the business and technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle. Shift Structure: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, goals, and objectives, considering both business and technical aspects. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for the development team. Work closely with the development team to provide guidance and support during the product development process. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive product enhancements. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experience and intuitive product design. Monitor and track product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our product remains competitive in the market. Provide timely and accurate responses to scoping questions from the technical team, leveraging your strong business acumen. Requirements and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality products. Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects, with the ability to effectively communicate and bridge the gap between the two. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions and improvements. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of agile product development methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
