Currently, we're looking for a product manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and communicate a product strategy that is informed by key metrics and customer insights, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and market trends Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, emphasizing measurable outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and release schedule Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market demands Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development Monitoring product progress at each stage of the product development process Leading Product Team Meetings and product sprints Providing direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project Implement agile methodologies to facilitate iterative development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products Responsible for innovation and end-to-end delivery of products. Working with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and other key players in the company. Identifying areas of improvement and risks Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis. Analyze metrics related to user engagement, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and software performance Required Skills and Qualifications BS in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a similar relevant field At least 1 year of experience in Product Management or Product Development Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills Experience with Agile / Scrum Good knowledge of software development and other relevant web technologies. Has proven hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle Proficiency and experience in using Salesforce are a plus but not required Preferred attributes Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure Team player who collaborates well with others Working knowledge of product development architecture Ability to prioritize effectively Ability to work with large teams Excellent organizational and time management skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinker with a vision Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability About Poplar Homes Poplar Homes is a national technology-enabled property management company that empowers property owners and residents throughout their lifetime real estate journey.
