JOB REQUIREMENT:
* Bachelor's degree holder
*At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
* Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.
*Amenable to work on site.
*Can start as possible is an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Reaching sales goals and growing market share in every product category.
*Creating and carrying out initiatives to promote in-store sell-out.
*Utilizing sophisticated inventory management to guarantee steady stock availability.
*Keeping the dealer load-in program profitable.
*Product performance analysis, model mix optimization, profitability stabilization across models, and recurring profitability reviews.
*Oversees the development and implementation of marketing plans and cross-functional coordination for the launch of new products.
*Carrying out thorough competitive and market research.
*Provide profitable, inventive products that satisfy changing consumer needs and company goals.
