Product Manager

Experience in determining all impacts of a new or changing product across all functionalareas and options evaluation to determine best approach for each IT system. Build business requirement documents based on design concept and detail therequirements for business and systems.Create project plan to address all implementation tasks from inception through final delivery– identifying all potential issues and driving to resolution.Determine any operational, legal, compliance, pricing, delivery or other risks that must beaddressed and interface with the necessary parties to ensure acceptable solutions.Experience in defining and executing product level testing procedures.QualificationsWe highly value technical and professional accreditation and looking for candidates who haveinvested in their career with many or all of the followingCertifications in Product Ownership (Certified Product Owner - CPO, New ProductDevelopment Professional - NPDP)Certified in Project Management (e.g., Prince, PMBOK, PMI)Certifications in Agile (e.g., SCM, SAFE Program Consultant, Architect)Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)Responsibilities5+ years' experience in developing compelling product roadmaps and timelines for products in the remittance and loans space across the APAC region.Aligning products to business requirements and working alongside the development team to deliver end-product on time.Taking ownership of the entire product strategy and development.Strong experience cross functional and influencing skills across Mortgage Enablement, CreditRisk, Operations, Retail and with a range of external stakeholders and customers.Extensive experience in backlog refinement and prioritisation, with the ability to dive into the solution to understand, challenge and improve solutionsExperience in following business initiative and product management procedures for formal approvals and risk assessments.Experience in analysing product concepts and develop specific guidelines and obtain written approvals
