\n Key Responsibilities:Develop and communicate a product strategy that is informed by key metrics and customer insights, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and market trendsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, emphasizing measurable outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs)Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and release scheduleTranslate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteriaCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market demandsManaging the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirementsOverseeing all stages of product creation including design and developmentMonitoring product progress at each stage of the product development processLeading Product Team Meetings and product sprintsProviding direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the projectImplement agile methodologies to facilitate iterative development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software productsResponsible for innovation and end-to-end delivery of products.Working with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and other key players in the company.Identifying areas of improvement and risksKeeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis. Analyze metrics related to user engagement, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and software performance Required Skills and QualificationsBS in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a similar relevant fieldAt least 1 year of experience in Product Management or Product DevelopmentDemonstrated success in defining and launching excellent productsOutstanding communication, presentation and leadership skillsExperience with Agile / ScrumGood knowledge of software development and other relevant web technologies.
