WHAT WILL YOU DO Product Strategy & Prioritization
Define and articulate a product strategy to deliver the vision & business objectives while staying ahead of market trends. Translate insights from competitor analysis and customer research into actionable plans that drive product differentiation and competitive advantage. Collaborate with engineering, customers, and internal experts to understand, rationalize & prioritize requests for new functionality. Product Development
Lead cross-functional teams in the iterative development and execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Empower your engineers, with design, to partner in defining and translating product requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions. Define key success metrics and establish a data-driven approach to measure your team's impact on business and customer outcomes. Product Launch & Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, and marketing teams, to define go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. Gather feedback and insights from customer-facing teams to rapidly iterate on product improvements and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Work closely with customer support to address product issues, resolve customer escalations, and drive customer satisfaction.
