The Product Management Officer is responsible for supporting the needs and priorities of the business and enables the Development Team in building and maximizing high-value features and solutions for the business. The position will also be responsible for executing the product or initiative roadmap to ensure seamless process execution and minimal backlog. Lastly, the position will also support and maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of the high-value features and solutions for the business represented. Agile Product Management Supports the execution of product roadmap. Monitors the product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, UI/UX, release, plan, dates, and release. Conducts sprint planning and resource estimation for assigned product ownership. Review solutions design plans created by the Development Team. Proposes enhancements, as needed. Prepares and updates product backlog of priorities and ranked high level features. Manages and makes visible the product backlog on the prioritized list of requirements for future product development. Reviews solutions design plans. Proposes solutions to existing customer problems, if necessary. Supports the execution of User Acceptance Test (UAT) Process of assigned product ownership including defining acceptance criteria. Facilitates demonstrations and customer feedback sessions. Gathers data and prepares key business performance indicators to the Business Unit and/or CBG Council and different functional leaders on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to ensure key performance indicators are met. Reviews product performance assessment to ensure applicability and relevance. Benchmarks planning process best practices within the food service industry and develop strategic improvement plans. Stakeholder Management Represents the Business Unit to the Development Team to ensure that their needs and priorities are considered in building and maximizing high value features and solutions. Presents relevant issues that needs stakeholder buy-in or decisions such as sprint, backlog iteration, product timeline and resource planning. Proposes action steps to address risk emerging. Proactively works closely with Cross-Functional Team in planning product release and correct customer concerns are addressed. Provides timely status updates. Supports the change management in the education and training in the implementation of assigned managed product. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related 4-year course. At least 3-5 years of experience handling user experience, product management/ownership in digital/technology firm. Experience in the food industry is an advantage. Has good analytical and quantitative skills, good communication, and presentation skills. Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and internal customers. Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
