Your Key Responsibilities Technical Training Develop Aftermarket specific internal training course, plan course curricula with department domain experts, write and edit course materials, using internal and external sources Inventory management of training assets, classroom preparedness and readiness Provide administrative support to Aftermarket group Understand mechanical/industrial equipment to communicate and train selected audiences (distribution, OEM's, new sales personnel, etc) Conduct training needs analysis to determine design needs, select strategies and forecast expense Generate post training assessment and evaluation Design training materials to support a train-the-trainer approach Product Lifecycle Management Provision of product information as well as repair instructions for increasing customer satisfaction Product data maintenance (e.g. cross referencing, service manuals) Updating or modification of packaging material Product discontinuation (with replacement) Product Warranty Claim To support Quality Engineer in terms of technical and judgment for all warranty claim in PH market General Technical Supports Provide adequate technical information including customer/garage visits Support internal/external exhibition Your Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering With at least 1-3 years relevant experience in Automotive Aftermarket, product development, project management or R&D Knowledge in Schaeffler products and strong technical product knowledge (production processes, materials, design, testing, supplier management) Experienced as a technical trainer is an advantage Readiness for intensive travel in the region Familiar with Microsoft Office applications Strong interest in project management, customer-oriented mindset Good interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills Excellent command and communication in English and local dialect As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
