**SUMMARY**
The Product Management & Innovations Lead who will be focused on strategizing, planning and optimizing for the DCS Business; particularly the three core Product Portfolios, data center, network and cloud.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Product Management and Evangelization**:
- Define product strategy and roadmap for DCS Core Product Portfolios.
- Present and evangelize TIM's Product Portfolios to various audiences.
- Manage and track programs and campaigns that will accelerate revenue generation efforts, especially those led by DCS Product Managers.
- Directly manage DCS Data Center portfolio in terms of commercial models, marketing campaigns and special bundles.
- Maintain relationships with strategic product partners.
- Incubate and perform hyper care for newly on boarded partnerships for the first 6 to 12 months from launch to ensure success, before turning over to relevant DCS Product Manager for maintenance, growth, and optimization.
- Augment relationship management with key customers and channel partners.
- Closely coordinate with sales channels to meet revenue targets.
- Understand market insight and key customer problems to inform product road mapping.
**Operational and Commercial Excellence**:
- Collaborate with marketing to review and uphold TIM branding standards for expansions and emerging product roll outs.
- Manage profit and loss, and product performance of each Product Portfolio.
- Review and endorse cost models for pricing.
- Review, finalize, and endorse periodic updates of list prices, cost model updates and official write up/ proposal template updates for Product Portfolios.
- Closely coordinate with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
This may include process optimization planning and IR/RCA reviews.
- Work closely with Governance group to maintain and continuously improve DCS Product Management workflow and related processes, ensuring compliance with existing certification standards.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
**Experience**:
- Experience in managing a product life cycle, cost, and revenue modeling.
- Experience in understanding market insight.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders including technical experts, top executives, and mixed audiences.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Filipino.
- Able to take feedback constructively and create an action plan from feedback.
- Excellent analytical and comprehension skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement principles.
- Interest in technology and mathematics strongly preferred.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
