Product Lister - Shopify

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated eCommerce Assistant with experience in Shopify product listing to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our online store particularly focusing on product listings and content management. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Job Description:

Copy product information including images and descriptions from suppliers pages.
Input product listings accurately and efficiently into the Shopify platform.
Ensure consistency and quality of product listings including accurate product descriptions pricing and images.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for SEO and online visibility.
Monitor inventory levels and update product availability as needed.
Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing support as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and Shopify platform updates.
Requirements Job Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as an eCommerce Assistant or similar experience using Shopify and building listings online is a must.
Experience in eCommerce or retail industry preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Setup and Location: WFH

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM6:00 PM (AEST NSW) 7:00 AM4:00 PM (PH Time)
