Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning, career development, and talent management. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is . 7 years of Field experience - experience in planning, scheduling, or related roles. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives. Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees. Location - Balkanabat, Turkmenistan
