DescriptionThe product line controller is responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality. This role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating products, as well as documenting findings and implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.RequirementsGraduate of BS in Food TechnologyHas experience in the food industry (e.g., restaurants, fast food chains, and the like) and deep knowledgeMust have deep knowledge and understanding of quality standards and food safety protocolsExperience in quality assurance is an advantage.Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)Knowledgeable in doing daily and monthly production reportsMust have good leadership skills.Meticulous and strict in checking the quality of the products from start to finish.Must be willing to do overtime and work during holidays and rest days (if advised)Must be flexible and have the initiative to perform tasks alone or with a team.Must be a good team player.Working LocationIf the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
