Product Lead (Ai Capability)

Role Overview:
The Product Lead will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI capabilities, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the product meets market needs and delivers on business goals. This role oversees the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving user requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI initiatives.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that ensures timely and efficient execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine product requirements.
Ensure product development aligns with business goals and user expectations.
Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch improvements.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
5-8 years of experience in product management, particularly in AI or data-driven technologies.
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience translating business goals into actionable product requirements.
Familiarity with agile development processes and product management tools.
