Loans and Asset - Product Head Essential Functions of Product Head 1. Develops policies and strategies that helps both banking and equipment group for the attainment of sales and collection target.
2. Review and assess the existing manual and propose or suggest further improvement if necessary.
3.Ensure that loan lending operation is in accordance to the rules and regulations as promulgated by the regulatory bodies.
4. Sees to it that the bank's commitments to its borrowers are achieved thus maintaining good relationship to its clientele.
5. Conduct appraisal and re-appraisal to all Surrendered/Deposited MC Unit that was not sold within the prescribe time based on the approved Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the Bank and Equipment.
6. Mandate the unit head to submit daily or weekly report based on their KRA/KPI
7. Submit monthly KRA/KPI report to Loans manager.
8. Review and make a constructive analysis based on the submitted and consolidated report from the unit heads and submit the same to Loans manager.
9. Conducts monthly performance evaluation to unit head and
10. Other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time by the management committee members.

Qualifications: PRODUCT HEAD 1. Preferably a graduate of any business-related course.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS applications.
4. Willing to adapt quickly to changes in direction.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Experienced in managing a team and staff.
7. Effective stress management abilities.
8. Must be willing to be assigned to our Head Office - Ortigas, Pasig City
