As the Product Director, you'll translate each brand's objectives into actionable product initiatives, ensuring our digital tools and platforms meet evolving customer needs. Facilitate regular touchpoints to gather insights, share progress, and keep stakeholders updated on roadmap developments. Execution and Platform Optimization: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment, focusing on user experience enhancements that drive engagement, traffic, and conversion. Implement A/B testing and other data-driven methods to refine user journeys and improve key metrics, such as site performance, conversion, and retention. Utilize analytics to monitor and report on product impact, ensuring transparency with stakeholders. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging agile practices and data-informed decision-making. Keep a pulse on industry trends and new technologies, proposing and implementing initiatives that deliver immediate and long-term customer value. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external vendors (for modern e-commerce platforms) to ensure platform performance aligns with product goals. Regularly communicate updates, project results, and ROI to senior stakeholders. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor a team of product managers and specialists, promoting a customer-centric approach to digital product development. Ensure team alignment with roadmap objectives, fostering a culture focused on user-driven product success and continuous learning. Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establish and track KPIs to assess customer satisfaction, digital engagement, and conversion rates across platforms. Report on roadmap outcomes, linking platform enhancements directly to business growth. Qualifications Qualifications and competencies required: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital platforms, ideally in a retail environment. Experience with modern e-commerce platforms and related digital tools is essential.
