Job Title: Product Development Specialist

Job Summary: Responsible for creating and improving the bank's products.
B. Duties and Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify
customer needs and trends. Analyze competitor products
and identify gaps in the market.
Product Design and Development: Collaborate with
cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to
develop new products. Create product specifications,
prototypes, and testing procedures.
Project Management: Manage product development
projects from conception to launch. Develop timelines
and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct product testing
to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Gather
feedback from customers and make necessary
adjustments.
Documentation: Maintain records of product
specifications, test results, and changes.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales
teams to develop product positioning and launch
strategies. Provide training and support to sales staff on
new products.
Cost Analysis: Analyze product costs and work on
strategies to optimize profitability.

E. Qualification Standard
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
