PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Salary range:
PHP 46,000.00 to PHP 69,000.00

 

Job Summary:
 

The Product Development Lead shall ensure the efficient and effective implementation of RAFI Micro-finance?s product development activities. He/She shall lead the Product Development team in the implementation of product development projects and provide guidance and supervision to the Product Development Specialist/s and Analyst/s. The Product Development Lead shall also be accountable in the monitoring and tracking progress of the implementation of each product development project and activity.

 

Qualifications:
Completion of a bachelor?s degree,

preferably in Management Accounting/Marketing/Communication or other business-related coursesAt least three (3) years? experience in team handling

Exposure in formulating business cases and project plans ?including financials, process mapping, resourcing, business requirements gathering, etc.

Should be willing to report to the Main Office in Cebu City as required

Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Willing to mentor and to be mentored

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ambitious and has a do-it-attitude

Passionate about the financial products and services industry in the MFI NGO context

Highly self-motivated

Result-oriented
