Product Development Associate

Spearheads new product development coordination with stakeholders and tracks development projects from start to finish
- Facilitates testing of prototypes and existing products for improvement as well as continuous development
- Generates report and helps the product manager track product performances post-launch
- Conducts market research and gather relevant insights that will contribute to the long-term success of the company.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 year work experience in beauty, fashion, or retail
- Possess understanding of cosmetics - preferably both makeup and skincare
- Makeup and copywriting skills is a plus
- Able to communication efficiently

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
