About the Role The Product Development Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the product manager with the maintenance and development of our software products. This includes conducting research to inform product decisions, managing and building automation systems, investigating and resolving bugs, and monitoring alert systems to ensure seamless operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Product Maintenance and Development: Assist the product manager in maintaining and building software products, ensuring they meet quality and functionality standards.
Research: Conduct research to support the product manager in making informed decisions about product features, market trends, and user needs.
Automation Management: Take ownership of our automation system, including building new automations, investigating bugs and errors, and monitoring alert systems to ensure smooth operations.
Software Testing: Conduct thorough software testing to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the software performs as expected and meets user requirements. About You At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in using Zapier is required.
Confidence IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm UK time, so you would have to be willing to work these hours in line with your local time zone.
